A man and woman were arrested Sunday after an alleged romp in front of several witnesses on a Ferris wheel at Cedar Point amusement park in Ohio.

Police charged the couple, both 32 years old, with public indecency in connection with the incident, Cleveland.com reported.

Other riders, including two juveniles, complained to operators of the park’s 145-foot Big Wheel attraction in Sandusky, saying the couple was naked and the cart was rocking back and forth, according to reports.

According to the police report, “the group said that the couple knew that they were watching and started laughing and continued their behavior,” Fox News reported.

The couple at first denied the public sex act, with the woman telling officials she dropped a pack of cigarettes from the shorts that she was wearing under her dress and her partner helped to pick them up, the outlet reported.
